The online course, Shared Mobility in Action, distills real-world lessons from the EU project GEMINI to help participants design, procure, and scale inclusive shared mobility services. Over four weeks, learners will analyze business models, plan user acceptance engagement, and build a practical pilot-to-scale roadmap. Participants gain direct insights from European Mobility Living Labs via recorded video presentations and case studies, and receive plug-and-play templates for KPIs, Service Level Agreements, data and safety requirements, and scaling strategies. The course is ideal for city officials, planners, and innovation managers ready to turn policy goals into operational reality.
Digital tools for participatory urban and mobility planning
Digital tools for participatory urban and mobility planning
This e-course explores how digital tools can be applied in participatory urban and mobility planning methodologies to engage communities in urban mobility initiatives, highlighting its potential to enhance road safety. Building up from practical case studies and tools from both TRANS-SAFE and EcoZones projects, participants will gain practical skills for conducting community-based analyses and interventions that support sustainable, resilient and liveable cities, with focus on road safety actions, such as the promotion of walkability and cycling. The course aligns with the objectives of the ACCESS project, emphasizing how digitalization can accelerate access to sustainable urban mobility solutions.
The e-course is structured into three units, comprising a total of ten modules with presentations plus one practical assignment. Participants are required to complete the assignment consisting of a hands-on mapping exercise using one of the digital tools presented in order to obtain the certificate.
